男,博士,电子科技大学教授、博士生导师,主要从事室温红外探测技术研究。

教育经历

  • 在电子科技大学获得本科与博士学位,美国加州大学伯克利分校交流访学1年。

学术贡献

  • 承担完成国家重大专项、自然科学基金、863重点、重点研发课题等10余项。在Advanced Materials、Light Science & Application、ACS Nano等高水平期刊发表SCI检索论文100余篇,在国内外相关学术会议做邀请报告40余次,授权国家发明专利60余项。研究成果获得国家、工信部和教育部技术发明奖励。
